2014 Land Rover LR4 HSE, finished in Fuji White with a black leather interior. Well-equipped from the factory, this HSE model is fitted with the HD Package, an adjustable air suspension, wood interior trim, heated first- and second-row seats, and a third-row seat that folds flat when not needed. It also features Land Rover's well-regarded Terrain Response technology.Modifications made to this LR4 include 18-inch Compomotive wheels wrapped by BFGoodrich all-terrain tires, a ProSpeed front skid plate, a ProSpeed roof rack, a ProSpeed rear-mounted ladder, and Proud Rhino rock sliders. It notably received a $4,131 service at 64,057 miles in March 2021 (new front lower control arms and updated coolant crossover pipes are among the parts installed), and the fuel filter and the fuel pump were replaced at 56,991 miles in August 2020.Land Rover launched the LR4 to replace the LR3 for the 2010 model year. Known as the Discovery in global markets, it shared its proportions and its boxy lines with its predecessor but it offered more power, an upmarket interior, and additional tech features. It remained exceptionally capable off-road in spite of its upmarket aspirations. Downsizing reached the LR4 in 2014, when it swapped its V8 for a supercharged V6, and production ended in 2016. In hindsight, the LR4 wore the final evolution of the original Discovery's design.Power comes from a supercharged 3.0-liter V6, which produces 340 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. It spins the 4 wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
