1986 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat, finished in Light Desert Tan and Desert Tan Metallic with a Chestnut interior. This F-250 features the desirable International Harvester diesel V8 engine. Factory equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/cassette radio, and rear jump seats.Modifications to this truck include a Banks Sidewinder turbocharger, a Banks exhaust system, a GemTop Gemsport camper shell, a Gear Vendors overdrive, and an aftermarket trailer brake controller. The full list of modifications can be seen below.Launched for 1980, the seventh-generation F-Series benefited from significant upgrades such as redesigned seats that cleared up about 10% more leg room. The range again included a dizzying number of configurations including light- and heavy-duty models, several cab styles, plus an array of engine and transmission configurations. Production ended after the 1986 model year, and the eighth-generation F-Series arrived for 1987.Power comes from a 6.9-liter International Harvester "IDI" diesel V8, rated at 170 horsepower and 307 lb-ft of torque.
