1984 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4x4, finished in silver with a black interior. Service records included in the gallery show that the rear main seal, the engine oil pan gasket, and the starter motor are among the parts replaced on this Blazer in 2020.Factory equipment on this Blazer includes a 305-cubic-inch V8 engine, an automatic transmission, four-wheel drive, plus power-operated windows and locks. Modifications include 33-inch Cooper tires on 15-inch American Racing wheels, a suspension lift, step plates, and a Kenwood CD player.Aimed at the Ford Bronco, the original Chevrolet Blazer made its debut for 1969 on a shortened version of the C/K pickup chassis. The second-generation model appeared in 1973 and remained in production through 1991. It switched to a half-cab design in 1976 in which the rear half of the roof was removable. For 1984, a base 6-cylinder engine and a variety of V8s were available.Power comes from a 305-cubic-inch V8, whicih produces 160 horsepower and 235 lb-ft of torque. It spins the rear wheels or all 4 wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
