2006 Range Rover Westminster Edition, finished in Java Black with a black interior. This Range Rover is #257 out of 300 Westminster Limited Edition range-topping models produced by Land Rover for the 2006 model year. All Westminster models were fitted with the 4.2-liter supercharged V8. This Range Rover is equipped with extended leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats in leather and Alcantara with Ivory piping, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, three-zone climate control, a rear-seat entertainment package with two displays mounted in the headrests, and more as listed below. Modifications include the replacement of the factory air suspension system with a coilover setup, 22-inch wheels, black housings for headlights and taillights, and more as listed below. The L322-generation Range Rover was designed under BMW's brief stewardship of Land Rover, and it represented a massive change from previous models. It utilizes partial unit-body construction, independent front and rear suspensions with air springs, and plenty of BMW switchgear and mechanical components. Changes for 2006 however included a switch to Ford-sourced engines, an updated chassis, a redesigned front end, better sound insulation, and a new infotainment system. Power comes from a supercharged “AJ33S” 4.2-liter V8, which produces 400 HP and 420 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.
