2007 Porsche Cayman S, finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a Stone Gray interior. This Cayman features the desirable 6-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes 19-inch Carrera Sport wheels, bi-xenon headlights, leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable seats, a Bose high-end audio system, and more as detailed below.This Cayman's flat-6 engine was rebuilt in 2022 and bored out to 3.8-liters. Additional modifications to the engine include LN Engineering Nickies cylinders, JE Automotive pistons and rings, and an LN Engineering IMS Solution kit. Some pictures of the engine build process are included in the "Other" section of the photo gallery.Porsche introduced the Cayman for 2006 and immediately threw the automaker's entire hierarchy into question. Taking the Boxster's compact mid-engine layout and adding a fixed roof to the chassis made the "987" Cayman the most balanced Porsche available, and engineers were forced to keep engine output low enough to not threaten the 911 Carrera's dominance.Power comes from a 3.8-liter flat-6 engine, which in stock form is rated at 295 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque. Due to the modifications performed to this Cayman, it may produce more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
