Product Details

1994 Mercedes-Benz S500 Coupe, finished in Blue Black Metallic with a black interior. A build sheet is provided in the photo gallery, and a partial list of notable equipment includes 16-inch wheels, a self-leveling suspension system, a power sunroof, heated front and rear seats, power-adjustable front seats and steering column, wood interior trim, and automatic climate control. The only modifications reported by the seller are a grille and steering wheel from an S600.Mercedes-Benz rebooted the S-Class for 1992. Called "W140" internally, the new model was one of the firm's last over-engineered models and one of the first that relied extensively on electronics. It came standard with dual-pane windows that made the cabin quieter (fair warning: they're not bulletproof) and it inaugurated a V12 later used in the "R129" generation of the SL. The "C140" coupe was introduced for the 1993 model year and production of the W140 chassis ended in 1998.Power comes from an "M119" 5.0-liter V8, rated at 315 horsepower and 347 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
