2008 Land Rover LR3 V8 SE, finished in Stornoway Grey with an Alpaca interior. According to the Monroney Label provided in the gallery, factory equipment includes the Technology and Cold Climate packages, 18-inch wheels, an air suspension system, tinted windows, triple sunroofs, folding third-row seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a hill descent control function, among other features. Land Rover introduced the LR3 for 2005 to replace the Discovery II. Still boxy and rugged, the SUV picked up where its predecessor left off by offering drivers excellent off-road capacity, lots of space for people and gear, and plenty of power to tow or haul, but it gained a long list of luxury and technology features. Production ended in 2009 when the updated LR4 replaced the LR3.Power comes from a 4.4-liter V8, rated at 300 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque. It spins the four wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
