Street-legal this is a composite-bodied replica of the Shelby Cobra that was reportedly finished in 2021 using a Factory Five Racing kit. This kit car was built with 17-inch wheels, power steering, side-mounted exhaust pipes, a roll hoop, leather upholstery, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel, among other equipment.Founded in 1995, Massachusetts-based Factory Five Racing specializes in making kit cars for enthusiasts who want to build their own classic from the ground up. Its catalog includes replicas of the Shelby Cobra and the Shelby Daytona plus several hot rods with a 1930s-like design. Kits are delivered unpainted and without a drivetrain so buyers are free to finish and customize their car as they see fit.Power comes from a 4.6-liter V8 reportedly sourced from a 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1.
