1994 AM General M998, finished in black with a black interior. Also known as the Humvee, this M998 was built for the United States Army later sold for private use. It's street-legal. Modifications made to this M998 include a four-speed GM transmission, increasing top speed to over 65 mph, GPS-based speedometer, new wheels and tires, new leather seats in all four positions, a Sparco steering wheel, Bluetooth audio, and more as detailed below.AM General developed the M998 as a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) for the American Army. Arnold Schwarzenegger famously drove one of the first civilian M998s after paying a Michigan shop to make it street-legal, and the truck's unexpected popularity convinced executives to launch the Hummer in 1992.Power comes from a 6.5-liter diesel V8, rated at 165 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. It spins the 4 wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and portal axles.
