Product Details

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. This is a very nice driver 2 door hardtop. The 1964 327 engine was rebuilt in, and a new Muncie 4 speed transmission installed. Hurst shifter, steering and suspension components were replaced at that time. 3 two barrel carbs rebuilt and added. Paint was a Candy Apple Burgundy with the new vinyl and velour interior done. There were numerous chrome and s/s redo's at this time, and some new emblems and trim. 12 years ago, the car had new alternator, water pump, radiator, hoses, belt, front disc brakes with power booster and rear wheel cylinders and brake linings replaced. A new fuel pump, fuel tank and sending unit. Reconditioned instrument cluster gauges and housing. The steering wheel was refinished. An updated classic radio and dash trim installed. New hush mat and carpeting at this time. The carburetors were rebuilt. A complete updated wire harness, with new bulbs and LED taillights installed. The wheels and tires are 3 years old and the battery 1 year old. This car looks and drives nice overall, and has a nice sound which is not real loud.
