This Volante features both performance and luxury touches, including an adaptive damping suspension system and carbon-ceramic brakes, as well as a full leather interior with carbon fiber and genuine aluminum trim, a 1000-watt, 13-speaker Bang and Olufsen "BeoSound" audio system, and the polished crystal "emotional control unit" key fob.The Volante is the convertible version of the DBS — Aston Martin's flagship grand tourer from 2010. The Volante model was available from late 2009 until 2012 as a 2+2 convertible. According to the Aston Martin Heritage Trust, Aston Martin produced 845 DBS Volante models globally throughout its production run, of which 220 were sold in North America.Power for this DBS is derived from a hand-built 6.0 liter V12, which produces 510 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission with aluminum column-mounted paddle shifters. This powertrain brings the Volante from 0 to 62 mph in 4.3 seconds and up to a 191 mile-per-hour top speed.
